The Alpine Club, the world’s first mountaineering club, was founded in 1857. For over 150 years, members have been at the leading edge of worldwide mountaineering development and exploration.

Becoming a MemberCalling alpine aspirants - those in their 1st or 2nd Alpine season, or lapsed alpinists who wish to relive the adventures of their youth.
As last year the location will be in the Saastal valley of Switzerland (the next valley east of Zermatt and the Matterhorn), with access to over a dozen 4000m peaks, with many routes in the lower grades.
Accommodation in hotel and adjacent campsite, plus free ski-lifts and buses throughout the valley.
